∎ Englishology provides premium English courses, soft skills courses and exams using cutting-edge educational technology. It is the exclusive administrator of the `Linguaskill test`, a globally recognised English language proficiency test from the University of Cambridge in Bangladesh. `Englishology is FTES`s English courses and tests partner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting Fast Track Education Services (60% of the Job Role):
∎ Communication:
∎ Ensure effective and efficient communication with its partner universities, partner portals, applicants and their guardians etc so that the business excels and we achieve high customer satisfaction.
∎ Promotions:
∎ Implementing FTES promotions targeting our key countries: Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Japan, the UK and the USA. Pursuing leads and increasing footfall in the office.
∎ Process applications with university representatives and portal managers effectively and efficiently.
∎ Coordinating counselling sessions, facilitating education fairs etc, in the office or in outside venues, and assisting university representatives during school visits and presentations.
∎ Supporting Englishology (30% of the Job Role):
∎ Englishology sales and customer support:
∎ Provide complete first-level customer support and counselling (e.g. give standard information about products and services, complete sales transactions etc.)
∎ Perform Linguaskill exam registration (e.g. collect candidate information, upload candidate data to the system, send confirmations of entry etc.)
∎ Do weekly sales visits to B2B customers in order to present Englishology products and services to potential customers and support existing customers
∎ Office Management (10% of the Job Role):
∎ Make sure that Fast Education Services is open from Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 6pm. Doing regular maintenance of the premises, supervising the cleaner, making sure there is enough stationery, toiletries, etc for the office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communicates effectively and creatively in order to adapt to the communication style and priorities of the audience both orally and in writing
∎ Demonstrates enthusiasm and engagement with colleagues and customers in all aspects of work
∎ Does transactional and basic social communication in English with customers and partner representatives accurately and effectively
∎ Performs administrative duties common in an office environment, e.g. banking, maintaining supplies and facilities, opening and closing the office on time etc.
∎ Facilitates and promotes online and F2F events effectively
∎ Universities and educational institutions in the UK, Canada, Malaysia, USA and Australia and their admission requirements
∎ English proficiency tests
∎ Previous experience in education and foreign admission services
∎ 2+ years of counselling and sales experience in education and foreign admission services
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ A competitive package is to be offered according to the candidate`s level of skill and experience.
The package will include both a fixed salary and a progressive commission on sales.
