∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with staff, refugee and host community teachers, ECD facilitators, pre vocational training instructors in drawing respective implementation plans in line with the project requirements and standards.
∎ Provide technical support to staff, refugee and host community teachers, ECD facilitators, pre vocational training instructors on skills development related program interventions
∎ Support refugee and host community teachers, ECD facilitators, pre vocational training instructors to generate working documents to facilitate project implementation
∎ Facilitate ongoing networks and coordination between the learning centres, , community, education camp level working group and the district education office.
∎ Ensure quality in rolling out of Learning Competence Framework Approach (LCFA program within the existing child friendly spaces and established adolescent learning centres.
∎ Ensure quality rollout of the multipurpose centre approach of the implementation of the child friendly spaces, LCFA, ECD and prevocational training.
∎ Track and manage activity budgets to ensure timely and cost effective project implementation.
∎ Produce timely, accurate, compliant and quality reports
∎ Participant in project management meetings, camp level education engagements and working group meetings within the respective camps.
∎ Actively participate in camp level education Advocacy initiatives
∎ Identify capacity gaps for refugee and host community teachers, ECD facilitators, pre vocational training instructors and work with the education Coordinator and project Manager to ensure needs are met
∎ Participate and also provide guidance to the development of project designs, concepts and fundable proposals for children and youth development programs
∎ Facilitate effective project monitoring, data collection to inform documentation and reporting in compliance with project documents, agreements minimum standards and tools
∎ Facilitate the baseline and evaluation processes in liaison with MEAL team and Education Coordinator.
∎ Ensure compliance to the child protection policy and Education in Emergencies standards in all project interventions in accordance with the inter agency guidelines, organization policies and Global child protection minimum standards.
∎ Document change stories in to share milestones and lessons learnt.
∎ Prepare quality reports and submit (progress against delivery of outputs and achievement of outcomes, etc) to the project manager, Child protection Coordinator and other stake holders
∎ Monitor and manage the allocated project budget in line with project agreements and standards.
∎ Support risk management so as to address and report any risks to management of program funds and budgets.
∎ Ensure project assets in the operation are safe and secure in line with projects' grant regulations, MoUs and agreements.
∎ Participate in camp level CiC meetings, education and protection working group meetings within the camps.
∎ Identify and build strategic linkages, relations, collaborations and networks with partners and other stakeholders in planning and implementation of the emergency response activities within the respective refugee camps.
∎ Facilitate review meetings with community members and beneficiaries
∎ Facilitate the integration of Advocacy in education
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Proficient English communication skills (both oral and written)
∎ Advance knowledge of INEE standards, Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and team building back ground
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Possess the ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationship.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Familiar with adolescent and youth development initiatives.
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
∎ Working with computer data and data management
∎ Past exposure to the Rohingya refugee situation and context with host community
∎ Awareness of disaster risk reduction
∎ Past experience working in team and collaboration with partners
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp locations in Ukhia
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
