∎ AIMS Education is a well reputed Educational Consultancy firm that helps students to find the best universities worldwide including UK, Canada and Australia. We have worldwide global branches including two English language centers named AIMS English and a professional course provider; AIMS Academy. The company is looking to recruit people in the Dhaka and Sylhet Branch in numerous positions.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka - Bonani, Sylhet- Zindabazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will first understand the student's profile and then provide them with the best program possibilities as per their requirements.
∎ You will help the students find the best university as per their requirements, budget, location preference and so on.
∎ You will help students in filling up their admission form, preparing the financial documents and in applying for a visa.
∎ You will convey the requirement of the shortlisted documents well and help the students to assemble each document beforehand.
∎ You will help students prepare an excellent and honest appealing SOP. They are aware of the actual career goal behind your decision about studying abroad and understand the scope of your study area.
∎ You will provide detailed information regarding the visa process and help the student to prepare for the Visa interview as well.
∎ You will also help students to find accommodation, help booking with embassy interview, medical test and communicate with partners institute, students and guardian all the time.
∎ You will be working on the company's CRM software and keep all the records up to date
∎ You are also expected to work as a brand ambassador of the company to promote the company bothonline and offline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s) experience in the same industry preferable. However, fresh graduate with very good understanding of UK study, visa and immigration will be considered.
∎ SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong in Sales and negotiation
∎ Good Command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Excellent networking skills
∎ Problem solving and research skills.
∎ PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
∎ Punctual, good team worker and proactive.Flexible approach to change, customer-focussed, attention to detail, professional approach, quick learner and dedicated to the role.
