1. Must have a Master’s/bachelor's degree in CSE/EEE from any reputed public/private university

2. Must have proven experience working with Ed-Tech/related field for at least 3-5 years

5. Must have fluency in Bengali/English, written and verbal

6. Excellent report writing skills in Bangali/English



Responsibilities & Context:

Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing `Rohingya children and adolescents aged 3-18 receive gender responsive, quality, inclusive education through the Myanmar curriculum and Early Childhood Development in the Rohingya refugee response, Cox`s Bazar.

The program is implemented with the objectives of creating a safe and protected child-friendly environment and providing quality basic education to some 57,678 Rohingya children in the seven refugee camps (Camps 4, 11, 18, 24, 25, 26, and 27) and makeshift involving communities through the following achievements:

Ensure enrollment of 6,016 of 3-5 years Rohingya children.

Ensure enrollment of 48,072 primary school-aged children in primary education including retention of students.

Ensure enrollment of 3,590 secondary school-aged young people in secondary education

Supervise the Field Assistant and ensure that the project objectives are adhered to and implemented.

Coordinate activities with other program Managers, UNICEF, officers, Learning Facilities Teachers and to ensure that the program implementation aligns with program guidelines and procedures.

Prepare status, donor, and implementation reports for the project activities and collect success stories to include on the annual/quarterly/interim reports.Work closely with the Logistics Assistant, Education Section, UNICEF, and CODEC operation team to ensure timely procurement and logistic arrangement for the program activities is done according to the CODEC policies.

Assess the program progress regularly and identify technical quality issues and/or other implementation issues, provide solutions, and implement modifications as required.Identify and document any changes in project activities and share them with the Program Manager.

Conduct regular meetings with project staff, community members, government counterparts, and other implementing partners to share/assess progress toward project implementation, discuss issues, and assist in finding solutions to challenges identified.

Coordinate camp-based interagency education meetings with education agencies, Parent Support Group (PSG) members, camp leadership, and other community members.

Work with the IMO to undertake assessments, data collection, and data analysis.

Represent the Program Manager, where necessary, in donor meetings, Education Working Group meetings, and inter agency activities and events.

Strengthen coordination among the education stakeholders implementing education projects in the refugee campsCompile learning from project implementation to inform the design of future programs.

Participate in PD development and preparation of other project documents as required by the supervisor.

Supervise and mentor direct-report staff, including communicating clear expectations, setting performance objectives, providing regular and timely performance feedback, and leading documented semi-annual performance reviews.

Perform other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)`s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.

Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program`s goals on safeguarding implementation.

Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
