Job Context:
∎ SHIMANTIK is a national NGO, implementing `COVID-19 Response Project in Dhaka, Bangladesh in collaboration with Save the Children in Bangladesh. SHIMANTIK is looking for a qualified candidates as E-mentoring Coordinator for `Covid-19 Response Project`.
∎ Position: 02 (For two Hub-DMC and BSMMU and all Spokes)
∎ Duration: Initially for 4 months.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to establish infrastructures and necessary logistics in Hub and Spokes for ECHO's e-mentoring platform.
∎ Maintain flawless communication with Hub and Spokes and ECHO operation personnel to coordinate every e-mentoring sessions
∎ Collect name of hub, name of mentors, name of spokes, name of mentees/presenters, name of topics, date and time of session and other allied information and inform to ECHO operation authority well in advance.
∎ In between e-mentoring session, support professional bodies in training activities on Case management, IPC and Critical care management
∎ Conduct training of non-clinical support staffs on triage SOP and IPC
∎ Maintain continued liaison with Emergency response manager and project head, maintain a database/spreadsheet record.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of ICT (advanced certificates on MS word, MS ppt, Excel will be an added advantage),
∎ Knowledge of Case Management of COVID-19 and IPC

Salary:
∎ 1,20,000/ (In total)
