Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate and Post Graduate in Architecture or Interior Designing from any reputed university.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, 3d Design, AutoCAD, Interior Design, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of doing New Furniture design and development in 3D (Max) and Auto CAD.
∎ Active involvement as manager of product development, quality design, BOM creation (optional), and R&D
∎ Prepare the design of Kitchen cabinets, Wall cabinets, and Interior Design (for office, home, shop, market or project).
∎ Capable of doing product costing and budgeting. (Optional)
∎ To work with Sales Head and other staff to review client feedback and provide suggestions on how to best relay this information to the design team.
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the required data.
∎ Work on different projects under the supervision of reporting/assigned supervisor.
∎ Prepare Cost Analysis Data.
∎ Prepare Market Survey (Market Value) Report.
∎ To Provide technical direction and training to other professionals.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have appropriate knowledge of raw materials which can be used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Have appropriate knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques to product development.
∎ Have appropriate knowledge of the Bill of Materials/BOQ.
∎ Must need to have knowledge of Art & Sketch, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, and Google Sketch Up.
∎ 3D Studio Max with V-Ray Render (optional).
∎ Fast in generating design.
∎ Candidates who have work experience in Furniture Manufacturing Factory (especially in Product Design & Development) will be added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.
∎ Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
∎ Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented and work independently (if required).
Salary: Negotiable
