Responsibilities & Context:
- See and attend patients at hospital OPD and indoor.
- Refer the serious and critical patients to district hospital if required.
- Oversee welfare activities and census.
- Supervise the works of compounder / medical assistant, midwife, dresser, and primary health workers.
- Organize Training Maternity, first aid, occupational health, hygiene, or any epidemic break out.
- Implement and provide primary Health care services.
- Recommend on the medical reports of management staff before recruitment.
- Approve sick leave of the workers and garden staff according to labor Law.
- Conduct eligibility and fitness test of the workers before their recruitment.
- Report to Admin and communicate with him for any health and welfare related matters.
- Must have working at RMG sector.
- Ability for having face different audit.
