To ensure proper treatment of reported illnesses/ailments of factory worker / Staff.
Refer serious and critical patients to the Hospital if required. Recommend sick leave of the workers and staff according to company's rules and regulations. Recommend maternity leave of pregnant workers and staff as per Labor Law.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for all patients seen.
To attend buyer's audit as and when required and reply to their relevant quarries.
Management of general & critical patient under supervision.
Effective counseling to the patient's attendants.
Maintain good communication with supporting staffs, colleagues, seniors and pageant workers. Recommend sick leave of the workers and staff according to company's rules and regulations.
Provide tele-medicine service to Employee & Worker. Provide health guidelines to all over the factory.
Arrange monthly health awareness program & campaign.
Any other tasks assign by the management. Recommend maternity leave of pregnant workers and staff as per Labour Law.
To attend buyer's audit as and when required and reply to their relevant quarries.
