Masters degree (MBA/ MBM/ Masters or equivalent) in business or a related discipline like Finance, Economics, Banking, etc.
Minimum 20 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles in Corporate Banking.
Proven track record in managing relationships with multinationals, large local corporates, and government entities.
Strong expertise in credit structuring, risk assessment, and portfolio management, with a focus on asset quality.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations, core risk management, AML frameworks, and Basel standards.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth.
Proficiency in modern banking systems, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making.

Prime Responsibilities
Define and execute Corporate Banking strategy aligned with the Banker growth and profitability targets.
Develop and oversee annual business plans, budgets, and performance frameworks.
Lead end-to-end management of the corporate portfolio, including client acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening.
Drive revenue growth through structured finance, syndicated loans, trade finance, and cash management solutions.
Oversee credit origination, structuring, and approval processes with rigorous risk assessment.
Maintain strong asset quality through proactive monitoring and early risk identification.
Lead complex financing transactions, including project finance and cross-border deals.
Build and sustain relationships with large corporates, multinationals, regulators, and key stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Monitor market trends and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Drive digital adoption and process optimization to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Strengthen succession planning and leadership pipeline within the division.
