  • Must have at last 06 Years of experience including two years as a Manager in the Field of Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience in Battery industry will be given preference.
  • Having good Computer Skill with Excellent control over MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT).
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a positive "can-do" attitude and a proactive mindset in facing challenges.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge, particularly of the assigned sales territory.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to spend extended periods working in the field.
  • Comfortable with frequent and extensive travel as required by the role.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities of a Divisional Sales Manager:

  • Drive business growth and achieve sales targets by effectively leading and managing the divisional sales team.
  • Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Leading, and Controlling to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Set clear, measurable individual sales targets for team members and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly and report results to senior management as required.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team’s day-to-day activities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members through regular coaching, performance feedback, and product knowledge training.
  • Plan and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new sales representatives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and approve expenditures within the division.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Identify emerging market trends and explore new opportunities to expand sales and market presence.
