∎ Graduate from any discipline from any reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, adopt, enforce, oversee, and/or implement policies and procedures on a range of student affairs issues. Also advice students on policy issues, act as student advocate, and resolves problems as necessary.
∎ Design, develop, coordinate, and present a wide range of workshops, conferences, training sessions, and retreats for students, parents, and facilitate all facets of on or off campus student orientation activities associated with the family connection program.
∎ Plan and arrange social, cultural, and recreational activities of various student groups, according to university policies and regulations: Meet with student and faculty groups to plan activities.
∎ Provide basic first aid services on-campus; establish a collaboration with a local medical center/hospital for referral of students in need of emergency medical treatment.
∎ Provide and/or arrange psycho-social counseling to students, both in-house and external;
∎ Collect and analyze statistical data, and develop reports, reporting systems, instruments, mechanisms, and standard designed to evaluate effectiveness of programs and services.
∎ Make available tutorial services for students in specific areas in order for them to better cope with their academic studies.
∎ Develop a residential or in-field experience program, in collaboration with external agencies.
∎ Create an environment for the spontaneous participation of students in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
∎ Create future leaders and ULAB Ambassadors from student community
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Strong network with the corporate sector, health sector, Govt sector and education sector etc.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
