∎ At least 15 years’ experience with Micro Finance related organization and holding Sr. Manager position.
∎ At least 7 years’ experience of Micro Finance staff supervision.
∎ Experience to manage, taking strategic planning and decision making for overall micro credit program in any organization.
∎ MS Office, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Financial and Micro Credit related software.
∎ Ability to field visit frequently.
∎ Valid motorbike driving license.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review progress against plan on monthly basis and take appropriate corrective action (as needed).
∎ Conduct 50% field visit of the working hours with staff according to their work plan and provide constructive feedback (if needed). Share field findings with JAGO NARI management for their support and guidance.
∎ She/he is responsible for the smooth operation of the Safol program (Micro Credit) by ensuring proper monitoring and supervision.
∎ Ensure MRA, Government and other compliance issue.
∎ Coordinate with the visitors, evaluation, and/or audit teams.
∎ Develop and ensure appropriate tools and strategy to monitor progress and impact of the program.
∎ JAGO NARI is working in the development sector since 1998 for women empowerment and reduces inequality at coastal districts of Bangladesh. This is core position of the JAGO NARI’s Sofol program (Micro Credit) program based at Head Office.
