Educational Requirements:
∎ Advanced degree, in any subject of social science, liberal arts, development studies, gender studies or related discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Credibility and strong sustained relationship with different stake holders such as GOB, Civil society, donors, private sector etc.
∎ Excellent knowledge of issues, context and challenges facing Bangladesh and insights on overcoming these challenges
∎ Deep understanding of the NGO sector with a vision of how the sector can make a difference in the future of Bangladesh.
∎ Experience of research, management, academic and/or policy leadership is desirable

Salary: Tk. 176442 - 218982 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Range between Tk. 176,442 to 218,982 monthly gross, plus provident fund, gratuity, annual cost of living adjustment and performance-based increments will be provided.
