∎ Design education: Bachelor Degree from any reputed design and art institute. Formal training on UX or HFI Certified CUA preferred. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

∎ Job Experience Required- 4-8 years Required Capabilities
∎ In-depth understanding experience of human centric design.
∎ Complete understanding in User centric analysis
∎ Thorough knowledge in effective app and web application design
∎ Knowledge to drive usability testing and design prototypes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and drive the Product Design/UX vision and strategy that delivers significant user and business value for Banglalink Digital.
∎ Manage digital asset development projects in agile scrum method.
∎ Drive collaboration and vision across the company to build alignment on priorities leading to product design and execution.
∎ Drive the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
∎ Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
∎ Deliver improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input and provide guidance and expertise to effectively engage stakeholders on product design to achieve product goals.
∎ Designing workflows and interactions, and creating high-fidelity visual designs.
∎ Leading the design processes throughout the product lifecycle, setting the vision for the user experience, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
∎ Contributing to the overall vision and strategy for the product roadmap.
∎ Build strong relationships and effectively communicate design strategies, concepts, and decisions to stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of design goals.
∎ Working closely with a collaborative with UX/UI Designer of In-house, Augmented and agencies to develop and deliver best in class UX at all stages of product development.
