∎ 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and ad campaign management.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage collaboration opportunities.
∎ Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.
∎ Prior experience in the education technology industry is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Utilize various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to performance marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation and growth.
∎ Implement digital marketing campaigns and optimize them for maximum efficiency and ROI.
∎ Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
∎ Good Experience of graphic design and video editing, website controlling.
∎ Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure the alignment of campaigns with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.
∎ Work closely with the Tele sales team to assist them in ensuring the accuracy and quality of leads generated through digital marketing efforts.
∎ Provide regular feedback and insights to the Tele sales team to enhance their lead conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
∎ Utilize analytics tools and data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
∎ Assist Line Manager in preparing different reports to the management team, highlighting campaign performance and proposed strategies for improvement.
∎ Job type: 9am-8pm
∎ Reporting to: Manager, Digital Marketing.
∎ Working Days: 6 days a week, from Saturday to Thursday.
∎ Location: Rampura Banasree Dhaka.
∎ We are looking for an expert of Digital marketing manager as can boost campaign optimization, and budget planning will be critical in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. You will be part of a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely across the organization. Your strategic thinking and data-driven approach will be instrumental in achieving our growth and revenue goals.
∎ Key Roles & Responsibilities:
