Responsibilities & Context: - Lead the digital marketing department, managing and guiding the social media manager, SMM intern, graphics designer, and video editor as a cohesive team.
- Plan, assign, and coordinate day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth execution of all digital marketing projects.
- Oversee client communication, providing regular updates, handling feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies for client growth across all digital platforms, aligning with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, ensuring performance and ROI targets are met.
- Supervise content planning, scheduling, and publishing, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support skill development to maintain high-quality output.
- Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and present growth insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure marketing assets are engaging, relevant, and on-brand.
- Identify growth challenges early, propose solutions, and ensure timely execution to overcome obstacles.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to apply innovative strategies.
- Act as the central point of accountability for the department, ensuring all client deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Weekend: Saturday (fixed)
- Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
