Responsibilities & Context: Creative Design & Visual Communication
- Design and produce high-quality visual materials including flyers, brochures, menus, signage, digital ads, social media graphics, and event collateral.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with hotel brand guidelines for a consistent and professional look across all channels.
- Develop multimedia content such as short promotional videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Support event branding with backdrop designs, banners, invitations, and other event-related creative materials.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of all creative assets and design files.
Collaboration & Production Management
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and F&B teams to develop promotional campaigns and visual content.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and photographers to ensure superior production quality and timely delivery.
- Regularly update visual content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
Social Media Management
- Oversee and maintain the company’s social media profiles, ensuring strong brand presence and consistency.
- Create and publish engaging daily content while interacting with followers and tracking campaign performance.
- Analyze audience behavior to improve content strategy and engagement.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across different channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign and budget performance.
- Continuously test, optimize, and refine marketing campaigns to improve ROI using A/B testing and performance analytics.
- Implement new tools, trends, and technologies to keep digital marketing efforts current and competitive.
