Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns based on business objectives and budget.
∎ Placing campaigns on relevant platforms, including Search engines, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
∎ Developing marketing creatives through coordination with copywriters and designers.
∎ Analyzing market trends, competitors, and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
∎ Managing day to day social media implementation.
∎ Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization, customer acquisition and experience with A/B and multivariate testing experiments.
∎ Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
∎ Lead development of and manage marketing plan focused on driving increased engagement across channels.
∎ Executing plan across product marketing messaging, channel selection, audience segmentation, content creation and deployment.
∎ Cooperating with Analytics & Insights lead to measure outcomes and optimize plans.
∎ Manages and directs the roll out of new services and initiatives focused on generating buzz and excitement.
∎ Cooperating with Product and Content teams to define appropriate narrative that will accompany PIPELINE as it is presented to various audiences.
∎ Managing the communications toolkit and ensure that all media & assets are kept up to date.
∎ Cooperating with Design groups to create catered materials as needed.
∎ Cooperating with the Product team to recommend and implement opportunities directly within the product to support the product marketing strategy.
∎ Working to refine employee personas and incorporate within marketing strategy.
∎ Planning the creative assets/ideas required for the promotional campaign including but not limited to images, texts, videos and others.
∎ Creating and managing a growth ecosystem by collaborating with different marketplace to drive online sales.
∎ Editing and posting content, videos, podcasts, and video content on online sites, blogs and group.
