∎ Masters in Development Studies / Business Administration / Public Health will be an added advantage

∎ Duty Station: Head office in Banani, Dhaka with field visits if required.
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated team player who can efficiently communicate with clients and the project delivery team and document technical requirements. This person will participate in business/system analysis and design, to document the requirements and support the team for successful project completion.
∎ Ecosystem & Technical Requirement Analysis:
∎ Lead comprehensive requirement analysis in different countries for healthcare solutions using human-centered design (HCD) techniques, engaging with end-users to understand their pain points, goals, and aspirations for WHO Smart guideline and FHIR adoption.
∎ Translate requirements into actionable specifications, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the solution design process.
∎ Assess technical feasibility, scalability, interoperability, and security considerations during the solution design phase.
∎ Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the healthcare ecosystem in various countries, capturing user insights and preferences.
∎ Assess technical infrastructure, interoperability standards, and regulatory frameworks to determine the feasibility and challenges for implementing healthcare solutions.
∎ Identify gaps and opportunities in technical offerings to align solutions with the specific needs of each ecosystem.
∎ Business Development and Sales Support:
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations, highlighting the technical aspects and benefits of mPower's offerings.
∎ Engage with ecosystem stakeholders, providing technical insights and recommendations to align mPower's solutions with their needs.
∎ 0-2 years of professional experience in solutions design, project management, software quality assurance or business analysis.
∎ Proven experience in requirement analysis, technical solution design, and research.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
∎ Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, databases, APIs, and integration techniques.
∎ Experience in architecting and designing scalable and secure healthcare solutions is highly desirable.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Understanding of health systems, healthcare processes, and industry standards is preferable.
∎ Experience in business development, sales support, or client engagement is a plus.
∎ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for assessments and stakeholder meetings
