Additional Requirements:

• Age 23 to 30 years

• A strong portfolio of graphic design and content creation work is required

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation (freshers with a strong portfolio may apply)

• Must be highly creative, proactive, and self-motivated

• Willing to work across multiple business sectors (Real Estate, Restaurant, E-Commerce, Motor Shop)

• Basic knowledge of social media trends, reels, and viral content strategies

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of tasks

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with management direction

• Must be dedicated to sales-driven promotional content creation

• Experience in food vlogging or product promotion will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:

Flixza Group is looking for a dedicated and creative Digital Content Creator to manage and produce content across all our business concerns, including Real Estate, Restaurant, Motor Shop, and E-Commerce. The candidate must have strong skills in graphic design and working knowledge of video editing and content creation.

The role requires a highly committed individual who can handle multiple brands, follow management direction, and ensure consistent and effective digital presence across platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Create professional-quality graphic designs for all business concerns

• Design social media posts, banners, promotional materials, and advertisements

• Handle overall digital content creation activities for all company brands

• Produce and manage content for food vlogging and restaurant promotions

• Create engaging promotional videos and reels to increase sales and brand awareness

• Act as a digital promoter to support marketing campaigns and sales generation

• Edit videos (basic to intermediate level) for marketing and promotional use

• Develop and publish daily/regular digital content across social media platforms

• Promote company products and services through creative storytelling and visuals

• Maintain brand identity and visual consistency for each business concern

• Work on content for Real Estate, Restaurant, Motor Shop, and E-Commerce sectors

• Generate creative ideas for campaigns, offers, and sales promotions

• Coordinate with management for content planning, promotions, and approvals

• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with dedication and responsibility

• Follow company instructions strictly and maintain strong work discipline
