Responsibilities & Context:

• Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various vehicles, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools, performing routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, repairing or replacing faulty parts, and documenting services and costs for customers.

• Key responsibilities include ensuring vehicle safety, providing clear explanations of diagnoses to customers, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and continuously learning new technologies.

• Diagnostics: Inspecting vehicle mechanical and electronic systems to determine the cause of faults.

• Repairs: Replacing or repairing worn parts such as brake pads, sensors, hoses, and belts.

• Maintenance: Performing routine services like fluid checks, oil changes, and tune-ups.

• Systems Overhaul: Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, and suspension systems.

• Technical Proficiency: Using diagnostic equipment, scanners, and tools to identify and fix issues.

• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of services, repairs, and parts used.

• Road Testing: Test-driving vehicles to verify repair quality.
