Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts and Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts
∎ Graduation / Post graduation with major in Accounting/ Finance/ Management from a reputed University with Professional Certification of ACCA/CMA, most preferable if candidates have CA article ship from reputed CA firm.
∎ CA/CMA will add value.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CMA,ACCA,Chartered Accountant
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical ability, Leadership and Good Communication skill., MICROSOFT OFFICE, Problem solving and decision making, Tally Software

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounts, Corporate Finance, Logistic Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of the company’s day to day functioning of the Logistic Accounts functions, under the guidance of the Head – Payroll, Billing/Credit/A/R, A/P, Bank accounting and operations, Book close, Audit, General Ledger Management, inter-company accounting, financial reporting and balance sheet management for company entities, etc.
∎ Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital, expenditure and return on investments.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected.
∎ Ensures that company financial records and reports therefrom under responsibility, are maintained in compliance with company policies.
∎ Responsible for reviewing monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure this compliance.
∎ Ensure compliance of applicable taxes, income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, Service Tax and all regulatory reporting is completed timely and accurately and the accounting and reporting in line with the applicable accounting standards and completion of statutory required reporting.
∎ Coordinate external & internal reporting. Assumes principal responsibility for improving and standardizing financial consolidation and reporting processes across the company.
∎ Coordinate work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records. Also, further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings.
∎ Works closely with cross teams to ensure decision-making is based on the most relevant and timely information available. Provides assistance as required to support budget and forecast assumptions.
∎ Maintain a high level of relationship with various authorities like Banks, NBR, Other financial institutions, etc.
∎ Any special task assigned by Top Management/Board time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Analytical ability, Conflict management, Negotiation Skills, Presentation skill, Problem Solving, Report Writing.
∎ Knowledge of Applicable Laws, Rules, Regulations and/or Policies and Procedures.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Have good knowledge of using MS office.
∎ Should be a good team leader
∎ Working experience with accounting software.
∎ Experience in analyzing business performance within industry environment desirable
