∎ ACA/ ACMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading key initiative in finance that support overall Strategic goal of the company.
∎ Monitor the customer collection and realization of the parties' dues.
∎ Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
∎ Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
∎ Comparison of budgeted BOQ with actual material consumption in line with the work progress monitoring report.
∎ Co-ordination and preparation of yearly Budget and ensure that all the financial and other data are correct.
∎ Liaison with bank and other financial Institutions.
∎ Complete responsibility for the financial stability of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in similar role.
∎ Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ (Depending on the candidate`s capabilities, knowledge and experiences.)
