Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Fashion Design) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop initial themes and design plan depending on current trends
∎ Develop designs as per the design plan
∎ Select and source raw materials (fabric) and accessories as per design
∎ Develop sample based on brand perception
∎ Create a tech pack for individual product
∎ Assist in the photoshoot of selective products and ensure its receiving at outlets
∎ Control overstock and understock of raw materials
∎ Generate scope of work for the stakeholders
∎ Assist in range building
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of work experience in Fashion Design
∎ Knowledge of fabric, pattern, product, production, embroideries, dye, and prints
∎ Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, fashion forecasting, pattern development
∎ Good sense of style, fashion, fabric, color and technical aspects
∎ Experience in creative and innovative design and conceptualization
∎ Strong communication, Interpersonal, analytical skills
