Job Context:
∎ realme Bangladesh is hiring "Designer – Branding for realme". Are you young energetic and have a dare to leap spirit? Can you work under pressure with ease and have fun as well?
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating / Adapting designs from HQ or regional hub according to the local requirements based on brand Visual Identity.
∎ Being responsive to the Branding team and providing concepts or ideas regarding the needs also should to be serious about deadlines.
∎ Can solve any design problems by yourself.
∎ Need to have content creation and copywriting skills.
∎ Collaborating with external partners such as e-commerce and Co-Brands to develop the proper design.
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams.
∎ Suggest and improve the tonality and performance of all the graphics used on all social media accounts.
∎ Regularly track and get insights into new design trends or concepts from Global realme pages, Pinterest, Behance etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
∎ Fulfill requirements from Branding and RID(Retail & Image Development) Department, also support Sales, After Sales Departments.
∎ Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
∎ Familiar with online/digital graphic design and offline/printing design standards.
∎ Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
∎ Team player and responsive.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer is a must.
∎ Additional qualification in web design is a plus.
