Job Responsibilities:
∎ ** Under the direct supervision of MYP Coordinator/Asst MYP Coordinator and overall supervision of Principal, the incumbent is expected to perform his/her duties and responsibilities as under:
∎ Work with staff and pupils in the Middle section of the school with responsibility to introduce and develop concepts, processes and skills related to the MYP Design Technology program;
∎ Liaise with the Principal and MYPC to lead the Design Technology strategic planning;
∎ Lead and inspire staff to integrate technology into their lessons;
∎ Demonstrate clear and comprehensive computer knowledge and skills;
∎ Maintain all technology equipment and facilities effectively and ensure the safe use of the Technology room during lessons;
∎ Work with staff and pupils in the Middle section of the school, with responsibility to introduce and develop concepts, processes and skills related to Information and Communication technology;
∎ Support staff in their planning and use of hardware and software;
∎ Demonstrate computer knowledge and skills;
∎ Keep up to date with the latest technology for use in teaching and learning;
∎ Develop and run training sessions for staff on IT software and hardware for effective use in teaching and learning;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ ** Should have Technical skills in following areas:
∎ Graphic Design: Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Dreamweaver etc.
∎ Programming and web Design: HTML, CSS, Java script, word press and Front-end design etc.
∎ 'O' level and 'A' level will be extra credit;
∎ Teaching experience in International English Medium School will be given priority;
∎ Foreigners will be given preference;
