Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills to explain skincare solutions to teams and customers
- Ability to work collaboratively with product development, marketing, and customer care teams
- Confident in handling multiple tasks including product review, live sessions, and customer queries
- Proactive in identifying skin-related concerns and suggesting effective solutions
- Prior experience with skincare brands, cosmetic dermatology, or product consultation is a plus
- Comfortable using digital tools for communication and documentation (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Review and approve skincare product ingredients for safety and effectiveness
- Provide expert advice on product development and formulation
- Guide marketing and content teams with medically accurate skincare information
- Conduct skin assessments and recommend suitable product routines
- Collaborate in creating educational content
- Stay updated with dermatology research and skincare trends
- Address customer queries or concerns related to skin health and product use
- Ensure all products comply with dermatological and regulatory standards
