∎ Proficiency in MS Office with typing speed in Bengali (Bijoy) 30 and in English 40 WPM.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla.

∎ The Deputy Registrar is responsible to the Registrar for the general administration of academic activities of the university.
∎ To coordinate with the respective Departments for Class routine, Registration, Advising and student related activities.
∎ To provide quality service in the area of student admission, registration, tuition assessment and academic records. Also to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of student records.
∎ To manage meetings of policy making bodies, taking minutes of meeting proceedings, follow them up for action and implementation.
∎ To act timely on emerging needs, attend relevant new tasks as they emerge or as assigned by the university authorities.
