Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments. ( Specific Target )
∎ 2. Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status and take course of action.
∎ 3. To act as a primary point of contact and source advice and guidance for Directors as regards the Company and its legal and operational activities in order to support the decision making process.
∎ 4. Assist in preparation of contracts and agreements as may be required which may also include liaison with legal counsel.
∎ 5. Keep under close review of all legislative, regulatory and corporate governance developments that might affect the Company's operations, and to ensure the Board is fully briefed on these and that it has regard to them when taking decisions.
∎ 6. Directly liaising /corresponding with a range of clients/stakeholders on Departmental policy, payments and financial reporting requirements
∎ 7. Minimizing customer response times by issuing reminder notices and customer statements and monitoring collection of debts in a timely manner
∎ 8. Negotiating with clients on arrangements regarding payments and making recommendations to management to ensure Departmental guidelines in relation to installment agreements and the processing of monies received are adhered to
∎ 9. Contribute to the achievement of team and organizational objectives
∎ 10. Contact debtors by telephone, letter, email or fax, to agree debt recovery plans and follow up as appropriate
∎ 11. Reviewing documentation (all aspects of contract) to assess liability, identify contract issues and judge recoverability
∎ 12. Using knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solutions to settling debts on behalf of clients, taking into account circumstances of the case
∎ 13. Establish repayment schedules, monitoring repayment of debts, and adherence by debtors to installment schedules.
∎ 14. Supervise the development work of all projects of NUB Trust in general and such relevant responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10years working experience in relevant field (retired defense officers & working experience in renowned real estate companies will be given preference ) .
∎ Strong planning and organizational skills
∎ Good time management
∎ Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and an excellent telephone manner
∎ Appropriately assertive manner to deal with debtors and clients
∎ Confident manner
∎ Proactive and ability to take initiative
∎ Able to work within a team as well as independently
∎ Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Salary: Negotiable
