Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: As part of a sub-team within GRP Grant Management supporting GRP systems, the Deputy Manager, System Support is the technical support provider for our JIRA-based Grant Management System (GMS) and Salesforce-based Client Relationship Management system (CRM) who plays a supporting role in designing, launching, rolling out, and ensuring technical support to users and departments across BRAC Bangladesh and BRAC International. S/he will also support the supervisor with any enhancement/modification technology projects to redesign and/or revamp any of the GRP systems. S/He will also work with other organizational entities and teams (Affiliates, Program Development, Finance Departments, Technology) and third-party vendors to integrate the GMS & CRM with other organizational systems. S/He will support the Systems Specialist with data compilation, analysis and visualization for management reporting. The Deputy Manager System Support will play a key role in building a central GRP intranet site on which all GRP policies and procedures, proposals and other documents reside.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Identify the nature of incident and report according to the safeguarding reporting procedure; and encourage the staffs to report accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide project management support by preparing business analysis, project charter and business requirement documents for any technology project in GRP.
∎ Ensure technology projects are being managed following Project Management Unit (PMU) guidelines and all documents are prepared and stored.
∎ Support in managing vendor contracts and ensuring business requirements are being delivered by the vendor.
∎ Provide front end admin support for JIRA based Grant Management System (GMS) and Salesforce-based Client Relationship Management system (CRM).
∎ Act on any configuration change requests i.e., creating/updating fields, change project configuration, and others.
∎ Provide data migration support when required.
∎ Stand by for system troubleshooting of GMS & CRM system during roll-out and implementation phases.
∎ Provide Support during the integration of GMS & CRM with other BRAC systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, Timesheet etc.)
∎ Ensure all required configuration changes in GMS & CRM are done as per the supervisor's guidance.
∎ Act as organizational technical expert on systems - troubleshooting of JIRA & CRM systems and configuration changes.
∎ Solve technical HelpDesk support requests as assigned by supervisor.
∎ Support supervisor with data sorting, analysis, and presentations.
∎ Help supervisor re-configure google sheet-based reports.
∎ Support in building and managing a central GRP intranet site to house all policies and procedures that are easily accessible to staff within BRAC family.
∎ Maintain the intranet site by controlling content, updates.
∎ Any other task/responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent command of English, written and spoken
∎ Ability to provide clear messages on complex information.
∎ Demonstrated experience on technology platforms, knowledge management
∎ Project management experience/courses/know-hows/
∎ Vendor management exeprience
∎ Expert in Java Programming language
∎ JIRA & Salesforce user experience
∎ JIRA & Salesforce Administrator experience
∎ Experience in writing JQL queries
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Excel and G-suite
∎ Knowledgeable on Tableau and Power BI
∎ Proven ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong eye for detail.
∎ 2-3 years' experience in JIRA/Salesforce frontend/backend support
