Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Candidates having Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance will get preference.
∎ Candidates who completed Article ship under reputed CA firm along with passed Certificate Level/Knowledge level under ICAB will get preference.
∎ Candidates who have practical experience in working as a Manager of a reputed CA firm will get preference.
∎ America Bangladesh University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability with Changed Environment, Analytical Skill, Decision making capabilities, Problem Solving Skills, Team working
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Audit, Client Management, Consultancy, Income Tax and Legal Affairs, Office Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall controlling of all jobs of the Departments and Sub-Departments of Accounts, Tax &VAT, Legal & Secretarial, HR and Admin.
∎ Tax Assessment of different clients according to Income Tax ordinance, 1984.
∎ Reviewing the Calculating the VAT on different types of goods and services of different clients of the company according to VAT & SD Act, 2012 and responsible for reviewing efficiently.
∎ Controlling the company's and clients Secretarial works.
∎ Coordination between departments in order to obtain efficiency and quality in completion of jobs.
∎ Taking care of all departments and Sub-departments.
∎ Controlling the pay-roll, provident fund, leave and overall employees' welfare.
∎ Managing and Negotiating with several authorities.
∎ Any other activities assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smooth Communication Skill in English is a must.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary would be decided based on the experiences, skills and capabilities of the candidate.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other facilities as per Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006.
