Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategically meet recruitment demands for Russia, Europe, and the Middle East.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa procedures, and recruitment policies specific to target countries.
∎ Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and market needs.
∎ To meet recruitment targets, build and maintain a network of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers.
∎ Collaborate with sub-agents, international recruitment agencies, and training centers to create a diverse talent pool.
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with sourcing partners and professional networks.
∎ Facilitate international recruitment drives, including interviews with employers from Russia, Europe, and the Middle East.
∎ Provide operational support for visiting employers, ensuring seamless logistical arrangements.
∎ Guide candidates and employers through the recruitment and placement process.
∎ Address recruitment-related challenges faced by candidates during pre- and post-deployment phases.
∎ To resolve issues, serve as the communication link between employers, management, and other stakeholders.
∎ Proactively implement strategies to enhance worker satisfaction and retention.
∎ Stay informed about global recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging market opportunities.
∎ Continuously refine recruitment strategies to align with the objectives of Euro Vision Overseas Ltd.
∎ Contribute to the company’s vision of connecting Bangladeshi talent with global opportunities.
∎ The Deputy Manager/Manager – Manpower Recruitment will oversee international recruitment operations for Russia, Europe, and the Middle East. This position involves managing sourcing networks, collaborating with recruitment agencies and training centers, and ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes. The role requires strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance with labor laws and visa regulations, aligning with the objectives of Euro Vision Overseas Ltd.
