Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve departmental targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to acquire large enterprise, banking, and corporate clients.
Identify high-value opportunities across key verticals – BFSI, MNCs, Manufacturing, Education, and Govt./Semi-Govt. sectors.
Drive consultative selling by understanding client pain points and offering tailored internet, data, and ICT solutions.
Foster relationships with senior decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement Heads) to influence business decisions.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and technical teams to design complex and customized connectivity & ICT solutions.
Ensure sales team adherence to KPIs, and pipeline accuracy.
Monitor market dynamics, competitors’ strategies, and emerging tech trends to position Telnet competitively.
Coordinate with billing, NOC, and customer success teams to ensure high client satisfaction and SLA compliance.
Represent the organization in strategic client meetings, industry forums, and large-scale tenders/proposals.
Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs), revenue projections, and strategic feedback for senior management.
