Responsibilities & Context:

Telnet Communication Limited, a leading ISP and ICT service provider in Bangladesh with a strong legacy of delivering reliable connectivity solutions, is looking for dynamic and career-focused individuals to join our Corporate Sales & Business Development Team.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve departmental targets.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to acquire large enterprise, banking, and corporate clients.

  • Identify high-value opportunities across key verticals – BFSI, MNCs, Manufacturing, Education, and Govt./Semi-Govt. sectors.

  • Drive consultative selling by understanding client pain points and offering tailored internet, data, and ICT solutions.

  • Foster relationships with senior decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement Heads) to influence business decisions.

  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and technical teams to design complex and customized connectivity & ICT solutions.

  • Ensure sales team adherence to KPIs, and pipeline accuracy.

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitors’ strategies, and emerging tech trends to position Telnet competitively.

  • Coordinate with billing, NOC, and customer success teams to ensure high client satisfaction and SLA compliance.

  • Represent the organization in strategic client meetings, industry forums, and large-scale tenders/proposals.

  • Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs), revenue projections, and strategic feedback for senior management.
