Educational Requirements:
∎ Certified internal Auditor (CIA) qualification
∎ Prior work experience with top international accounting and professional services rms / MNC / local conglomerate with experience of leading a Team
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise on a wide range of business matters from compliance to planning
∎ Lead processes and identify sustainable planning opportunities to assist clients mitigate risk, meet compliance obligations and realize business goals
∎ Provide leadership of process and resource management and take lead role in delivering global / local engagements
∎ Assess risk exposures relating to the organisation's governance, operations and information systems
∎ Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control systems. Review the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, assess the effectiveness of processes to menitor compliance with controls, review results of control gaps from evidence collected and proposals made for improvement, assess residual risks after taking into consideration of mitigating controls
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation plans and actions, monitoring, and communication of risks and associated control activities
∎ Review accuracy of documentation (narrative, flowcharts), review findings and design gaps identified against best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of experience in nance, accounting and tax especially understanding ISA and IFRS
∎ Extensive knowledge on local company law and labour laws to perform as a subject matter expert
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
∎ Excellent in playing a client-facing role and proficient in presenting a report before the client / management
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
