Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) /Textile Engineering from a reputed university.
Advanced certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PGD) will be an added advantage.
10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering within the garments manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in applying IE tools and techniques in garment manufacturing.
In-depth understanding of garment construction, production and end-to-end manufacturing process flow.
Have the ability in manpower planning, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decision making.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities
Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) function across the factory to ensure operational excellence.
Develop, implement, and continually suggest to improve organization Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain correct Man-Machine Ratio (MMR) and monitor the manpower requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and implement modern technologies and automation to enhance productivity and profitability.
Monitor regular work study and capacity analysis to improve bottlenecks capacity.
Drive continuous efficiency improvement initiatives across all departments.
Ensure accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) and productivity benchmarks for effective costing and planning.
Lead wastage reduction and cost optimization projects across the factory.
Monitor and optimize factory layout, workstation design, and equipment utilization for maximum efficiency.
Mentor, coach, and develop the IE team to build capability and strengthen organizational performance.
