Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the accuracy of accounting recording process in a timely manner and preparations of monthly financial statements as per the Companies accounting process and international standards
∎ Responsible for Cost & Management related activities of the company
∎ To Coordinate with the auditors (Internal & External) of the Group in due process for completion of the task in a timely manner
∎ Play a Key role in building a comprehensive compliance governance framework to support the businesses
∎ Ensuring compliance with the provisions applicable for the Group according to Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 and VAT & SD Act, 2012 and relevant rules of the Company Act, 1994
∎ Prepare VAT audit reports and communicate with regulatory VAT authorities professionally
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data for efficient VAT planning
∎ Prepare regular analytical reports and summaries as per the top management requirement.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with the Cross Functional Department to develop new solutions and enhance existing working relation.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and data security in all forms of communication and information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years experience in the relevant field
∎ Experience in Costing will get preference
∎ Experience and practical knowledge on IFRS and IAS
∎ Having in-depth knowledge of accounting functions, Cost & Management accounting.
∎ Practical experience and knowledge on the Companies Act, 1994, Customs Act, 1969, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 and VAT & SD Act, 2012 and relevant rules
∎ Ability to manage profitability, strategic planning, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets, and dealing with complexity
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and possess good interpersonal skills
