• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related discipline.

• Professional certifications in graphic design or desktop publishing tools will be an added advantage.

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• 08 to 12 year(s) of experience in Desktop Publishing in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant DTP software.

• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical packaging design requirements and regulatory compliance.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and accuracy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the DTP team to ensure timely and accurate design, layout, and formatting of packaging materials, promotional items, and other printed materials.

• Ensure preparation of artwork for labels, cartons, inserts, brochures, and other pharmaceutical documentation following DGDA, WHO, and other regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards for all printed and digital designs.

• Collaborate with Marketing team to streamline the artwork approval process.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Train and mentor junior DTP team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
