Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Must be qualified ACCA/CA.
∎ Experience/article ship from top audit firm would be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Audit, Financial Reporting, Tax and VAT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Taxation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare management report on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly, and statutory accounts as per accounting standard as when necessary and submit the reports to Head of Department in time.
∎ Prepare annual budget, Budget variance report and segmental report.
∎ Follow-up, checking & reviewing the accounting transaction.
∎ To prepare and review bank reconciliation.
∎ Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including general ledger, and taxes.
∎ Oversee and monitor monthly VAT return, Tax return and half-yearly withholding tax return and yearly tax return.
∎ Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all transactions, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
∎ Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses continuously.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Follow up daily transaction and ensure data entry in Tally ERP System.
∎ Analyze all the financial operations and make sure that they are all carried out within the budget.
∎ To play an additional role in the internal audit department as guided by the Managing Director.
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned by Head of Department/Top management.
