∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (Certificate Level Complete)
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Corporate Law, billing process, Cash Managment, Company Law, Cost and budget, Financial Reporting, Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Audit, Business Planning and Budgeting, chartered accounting firms, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Activity
∎ 1. Prepare and Ensure the financial statements complying IFRS, BFRS, Income Tax Ordinance, Companies Act and BAS in accordance with Management, Bank and NBR regulation.
∎ 2. Managing payroll system, employee benefit issues and all other financial and monetary issues regarding HR.
∎ 3. Maintaining employee Provident Fund (PF) account and act as an initiative taker for maintaining compliance related with PF fund.
∎ 4. Prepare bills and invoices to submit to the clients aligning with the related departments, acting as key accounts manager for collecting them and manage the billing system.
∎ 5. Checking different sorts of bill, voucher, requisition slips & Miscellaneous financial transaction.
∎ 6. Maintenance of Bank Accounts, Petty Cash book, monthly management accounts, revenue recognition and management.
∎ 7. Manage overall Tax & VAT matters of the Company which includes but is not limited to: payment, processing and submission of Tax & VAT re- turns/reports on time.
∎ 8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Periodic Activity
∎ 1. Handling external audits/disputes/appeals and maintaining good relations with relevant
∎ authorities.
∎ 2. Providing legislation support to the management regarding financial structure of the organization
∎ Project Based Activity
∎ 1. Actionize financial analysis for project profitability analysis, Investment Analysis, Segment profitability analysis, business forecasting etc. and applying management accounting technique.
∎ 2. Funding, loan processing and administration, asset evaluation etc. of the company.
∎ 3. Arranging financial documents related with different projects and playing advisory role in financial aspects of a project.
∎ Development Related Activity
∎ 1. Drive the company's financial planning, perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments and developing investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
∎ 2. Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ 3. Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning and reporting.
∎ 4. Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads and optimizing working Capital.
∎ 5. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
