Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA or FCMA is mandatory
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the CFO to craft and implement strategic business policies, processes, and standard operating procedure SOP for different Financial aspects.
∎ Ensure Accounting & Financial operations and development of internal control systems are being met aligning with the organizational goals.
∎ Actively assist and oversee planning for long-term and short-term capital requirements.
∎ Guide in preparation of periodic financial statements.
∎ Ensure financial reporting and analysis for the Management, as required.
∎ Cooperate with other Departments to find improvement areas of cost-efficiency.
∎ Assist statutory auditor.
∎ Review reports of internal auditors related to A&F and take corrective measures and follow-up feedback.
∎ Product performance analysis with respective Accounts and Costing Team.
∎ Guide Products Monitoring Team and Business Officers.
∎ Participate in policy evaluation and improvements.
∎ Attend in hearing process with the Vat and Tax section’s employees.
∎ Assist in compliance between Taxes Law and Accounting Standards.
∎ Review annual reporting issues and draft responses to DSE/CSE/BSEC.
∎ Feasibility analysis of upcoming projects.
∎ Carry out any other task as assigned by Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership qualities to supervise, lead and guide the team alongside the CFO
∎ Solid experience in Finance, Accounts & Audit.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal control system, etc.
∎ Should have competency with ERP software-based accounting system.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple concerns simultaneously.
Salary: Negotiable
