Responsibilities & Context:
Drive overall depot functions e.g. distribution, logistics, transportation, collection and store management as well as security of depot.
Execute delivery of OPL products timely & effectively according to the orders procured by sales colleagues and collect money as per invoice and receive incoming materials as per challan.
Utilize all resources incl. human (DA, SIC, Computer Operator, driver etc.) and other logistics efficiently & effectively.
Monitor movement of all categories of inbound and outbound Logistics/ Transportation/ Distribution operations.
Ensure all activities complying the OPL policy requirements, standards, guidelines, SOPs and relevant local laws of regulatory.
