Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Safely and timely deliver packages, or other items to customers according to the assigned route and schedule.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns during deliveries.
∎ Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring all packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
∎ Efficiently plan routes to optimize delivery times and reduce fuel consumption.
∎ Accurately complete delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required paperwork.
