Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pick up and deliver packages from the warehouse/head office/ distribution hub to customer locations within the designated time frame.
∎ Ensure all deliveries are completed as per the assigned route and schedule.
∎ Verify package details (quantity, condition, address) before delivery.
∎ Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions responsibly and submit collected payments promptly.
∎ Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
∎ Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
∎ Follow safety guidelines and traffic regulations while driving.
∎ Assist in warehouse duties like sorting and packing when required.
∎ Ensure personal hygiene during delivering goods.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
