বিভিন্ন অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার (যেমন: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ডেটা টাইপিং ও এন্ট্রি।
রিপোর্ট তৈরি,ডেটা এন্ট্রি ফটোকপি,স্ক্যানিং, প্রিন্টিং এবং বাইন্ডিংমেইল।
ফোন কল রিসিভ করা।
অফিস সরঞ্জাম সরবরাহ ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ।
অতিথিদের অভ্যর্থনা সহায়তা।
এজেন্টদের সাথে যোগাযোগ ও রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা। (মৌলিক)ট্রান্সলেশন।
বিজ্ঞাপন তৈরী করা।
অ্যাকাউন্টিং এবং ফাইন্যান্স সহায়তা।
সাধারণ প্রশাসনিক কাজ।
