Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Good understanding of Operating Systems would be a must.
∎ 2.Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook): Essential for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and handling email communication.Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail): Knowledge of Google’s cloud-based tools is increasingly useful for collaborative tasks and remote work.
∎ 3.Familiarity with data entry software or tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or any specific ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system used within the organization.
∎ 4.Good typing speed and accuracy are essential, especially for roles involving frequent data entry or document processing.
