Responsibilities & Context:

Data Input: Accurately and efficiently inputting data from source documents into computer systems and databases.

Data Verification: Reviewing entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and correcting errors or discrepancies as they are found.

Data Maintenance: Updating existing records and maintaining the integrity and security of databases and digital archives.

Record Management: Organizing, sorting, and filing physical and digital documents and records for easy retrieval.

Report Generation: Compiling and exporting data to create various reports and data summaries.

Data Security: Handling and protecting sensitive information with confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards.

Quality Checks: Performing regular data quality checks and audits to ensure the reliability of information.
