∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System, Diploma in Engineering in Computing & Information System
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Must be 1-2 years of relevant experience in ERP software.
∎ Computer Skills, Data Entry (Both English & Bengali), MS Office, Windows, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Data analysis, and presentation.
∎ Good Interpersonal communication skills.
∎ A quick learner who loves to proactively conquer new challenges.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Entering data into ERP software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data.
∎ Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
∎ Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
∎ Verifies the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents. Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
∎ Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
∎ Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
∎ Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
∎ Skillfully use Excel software to make reports and analyze data.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve system software, hardware, and network issues.
∎ Monitoring and troubleshooting photocopy machine, Printer, Scanner, IP cameras, Finger/ Face Punch Machine, and WIFI system Devices.
∎ Completes additional assigned tasks as required by top management.
