Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data entry on EXCEL > be able to upload each PO orders on daily basis (reference order/quantity/delivery date/factory)
∎ PIVOT TABLE > Work on analysing data (monthly capacity - factory wise etc..)
∎ Work on power point > Presentation board buyer wise progression/ turnover
∎ Excel
∎ Formula (sum/average/decimal)
∎ Pivot table
∎ Filtering (colour, name....)
∎ Wrap text
∎ Conditional formatting
∎ Graphs
∎ Powerpoint
∎ Prepare presentation with the slide effects
∎ Word
∎ Able to do mins of meeting
∎ Prepare Process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced English.
∎ Very good in EXCEL.
∎ Skills in data analysis.
∎ Good presentation skill.
∎ Education will be relaxed for desirable candidates.
