∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
∎ Diploma in Computer Office Applications (preferred for technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets).

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Experience in documentation, data entry, logistics support, or C&F operations.
∎ ASYCUDA data entry experience & import/export documentation or working with port/customs clearance will be an added advantage.
∎ Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel (including data validation, filtering, and formula usage).
∎ Familiarity with document scanning and archiving software.
∎ Basic knowledge of ERP/internal software systems for operational data entry.
∎ Willingness to be based in Chattogram and work in a logistics-intensive environment.
∎ Experience in documentation, data entry, logistics support, or C&F operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update and maintain the daily operational dashboard using Google Sheets.
∎ Scan and archive all import-related documents as digital/soft copies for organized record-keeping.
∎ Maintain Excel records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for document tracking and storage.
∎ Input and monitor data daily using the organization's internal software system for process tracking and reporting.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain missing or unclear data.
∎ Other task assigned by the department.
