Experience:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or data management-related subject from any reputed university. Any third division/class or equivalent grade in academic career will lead to ineligibility.

• At least 2 years

Experience: 02 years’ work experience as a data analyst or in a related field is preferable, not mandatory. Competency: Proficiency in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation. Strong organizational and data management skills. Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks.

Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in different districts, is currently looking to fill up the following positions under the Stop TB Partnership/TB REACH funded Tuberculosis and Post Tuberculosis Lung Disease Project. The project duration will be 18 months.

Responsibility: Data Collection, managing data, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. Capacity buildings of relevant staffs.

Location: The post will be based at the Dhaka office with field visits.
